Our story
Two brothers, one comal, no shortcuts.
We opened in a 900‑square‑foot storefront with a hand mill and a hand‑painted sign. The mill is still here. So is the sign, and it's behind the register.
Everything is made the morning it's served. When we sell out, we close. It happens most Saturdays.
